Bursary and Generations Funds

Thank you for your loving support of Camp NeeKauNis!

Your donations to NeeKauNis  will be used for upcoming projects including replacing some of our most well-used cabins, further improvements to the waterfront, improving overall accessibility and safety, and increasing the size of our bursary fund. You may also choose to give an undesignated gift to help where needed.

  •  Donate by cheque to Camp NeeKauNis given to your Camp Director or mailed to Camp NeeKauNis Treasurer, c/o 425 McAlpine Ave,N, Welland, ON    L3B 1T4 and indicate where you would like your donation directed.
  •  Donate through Canada Helps at Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Ottawa (search for Quaker), Fund designation: Camp NeeKauNis (this is important!)
  •  Increase Camp usage by sponsoring a child or family to come to our programs
  •     Consider renting our beautiful Quaker space to run your own programs or gatherings.

Automatic Credit and Debit Options through Canadian Yearly Meeting

You may set up automatic donations through your credit card or through your bank using the attached forms. Please be sure to designate your donation to Camp NeeKauNis.

Please search for Canadian Yearly Meeting and Funds Designations. A snap shot of the webpage is attached.

Please note that Canada Helps charges a 3.9% administration fee which is taken from your donation, but you receive your receipt immediately.


If you wish to receive a tax receipt for a gift-in-kind donation, you must provide us with (1) the purchase receipt for the item and (2) a cheque for the equivalent amount made out to Camp NeeKauNis.

You will then receive a reimbursement cheque from us for the purchase and a tax receipt later in the year for the same amount.
